Sports Director, Kayla Anderson brings back her Shape Up For Summer series for the third straight year, giving you ideas on how to get fit.
Kayla will be introducing you to different types of workouts for the rest of May. One will be introduced every Monday until the end of the month.
The first workout is known as "Team Training". It includes a group of 5-10 people, battling side by side, doing intervals of all different types of excercises that can go from 30 seconds up to a minute each.
