Missoula police seized a car Thursday as they investigate a University of Montana student on allegations he raped a 20-year old woman.
The Missoula Police Department says a woman reported on Wednesday that she was raped inside a vehicle on the south side of Missoula early last Saturday morning.
Our sources say the assailant was a University of Montana student. Police say the man was giving the alleged victim a ride home.
The attack reportedly happened in the 2100 block of Burlington just after 2 a.m. Police say they are still investigating.
