Missoula Police say they've completed the investigation into an alleged sexual assault involving a University of Montana student.
Officers say they've passed their findings on to the County Attorney's Office for possible charges.
The alleged assault happened February 10th.It was reported to UM and the police a week later, on the 17th. Then, the university sent out a campus-wide alert,
But investigators say the suspect, a student from Saudi Arabia, fled the country before officers could interview him.
Prosecutors say they're still reviewing the case file.
