MISSOULA, Mont. -

There?s talk of a plea deal in Missoula District Court. One for Justin Barber; he?s accused of driving drunk, killing two of his friends and injuring another in March.

Investigators estimate he was going at least 80 mph when he drove his car off the side of Hillview Way, in south Missoula. Barber's attorney, Milt Datsopoulos, told the judge he's collecting statements from the family members of barber's passengers.

?We have generally discussed resolving this case, by plea agreement. I think we're going down that direction your honor if we have some additional time,? Datsopoulos said.

Barber is expected back in court next month; we'll let you know what happens.
