MISSOULA, Mont. -

More than 10,000 people packed into Washington-Grizzly stadium for the University of Montana?s one 115th commencement ceremony Saturday.

3,700 students graduated this semester.

Outgoing Board of Regents Commissioner Sheila Sterns gave the commencement address.

The individual departments split off for their own graduations once the general ceremony concluded.

Jeannine Owens, who watched her daughter walk in the School of Technology?s ceremony, says she?s waited a long time for this day.

"Andrea and I both have always known that education was the key to her success,? said Owens. ?So this is big for me and her."
