The few lingering showers over southwestern Montana will be dispersing this evening. Look for mainly dry skies overnight with a bit of patchy fog forming west of the continental divide.
This shortened work week is going to kick off with a quick hitting rainmaker sliding across the region. Tuesday morning's showers will mostly be over northwestern Montana. The wet weather crosses into southwestern Montana during the afternoon hours. Temperatures remain cooler than normal for at least one more day.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday should all be pretty pleasant. Rain chances look low during this time frame, and a nice little warming trend takes over. Partial sunshine gets served up with temperatures turning warm, but not hot.
If you're like me, and you are already trying to pencil in plans for next weekend, the weather looks a little noisy. Thunderstorms are quite possible on Saturday with widespread wet weather. Lingering showers could keep temperatures on the cool side for Sunday. Sounds like standard spring weather in western Montana, right?
