A mom accused of getting pulled over for two DUIs in one day told the judge she didn't do it.
Prosecutors say Anna Kristen Lokowich was first cited for driving under the influence after she drove through a fence at the Montana Rail Link rail yard on a weekend morning, last month.
Police say she had her four-year-old child in the back seat.
Lokowich bonded out on that charge but was picked up again later that day.
Today she pleaded not guilty to the charges in Missoula District Court, and is scheduled to appear again next month.
