MISSOULA, Mont. -

Missoula Police say they're waiting for probable cause in an alleged sexual assault case related to the University of Montana.

They say the investigation is ongoing, and they know the name of the suspect but haven't pressed charges yet.

The incident they're investigating allegedly occurred February 10th, on or near UM's campus.

According to police, they're working to gather enough evidence to make an arrest.

University officials say two victims came forward to the school, both claiming the same man attacked them.

The Missoula Police say UM completed the investigation into one of the incidents, police are investigating the other incident.
