MISSOULA, Mont. -

A Missoula high schooler's interest in science has snagged her an invite to an international science competition.

Stacia Hill is a junior at Big Sky High School, and is building on a science project that has already landed her some awards over the last three years.

Hill's project focuses on a fungus that attacks cheat grass found in Montana.

?I got the chance to go to the International Science Fair last year and see projects from all around the world and it just?made me proud that my project came from Montana and that it was directly related to people who live here,? she said.

Hills's headed to the International Science and Engineering Fair in Pittsburgh next month. We'll let you know how she does.
