MISSOULA, Mont. -

A man faces five misdemeanors for reportedly violating an order of protection and lying to investigators.

Missoula County Sheriff's Deputies say 48-year-old Kim Maurice Wiley contacted an ex-girlfriend. but he was court ordered to leave her alone.

She told officers she had no idea how he would have gotten her phone number as she had recently changed it.

Deputies say Wiley lied to them about contacting the woman, until they asked him how he got the number. Turns out he allegedly got it from District Court records in the victim's divorce file.
