Here are the latest election results from Tuesday's school elections around Flathead County.

In Columbia Falls, a $91,544 elementary school and a $81,985 high school levy were approved. Whitefish voters said yes to a $41,782 levy request. Olney-Bissell voters were not in favor of an $18,800 request and turned it down by an eight vote margin. A general fund levy request totaling over $400,00 was also turned down by the Lakeside-Somers school district.

The $4.1 million levy for repair and maintenance of Kalispell high schools did not pass. The final tally was 3,771 for and 3,915 against. Still, voters approved a $211,000 levy to ease overcrowding in Kalispell elementary schools passed 2,418 in favor and 1,746 against.

Superintendent Darlene Schottle was excited to hear the tally - "We are pleased that we will be able to provide some additional supports in our elementary classrooms for the coming year. So we're happy for our community support in that particular area."
