MISSOULA, Mont. -

Troopers ticketed Kalispell-area attorney Todd Glazier early Monday morning in Missoula County for aggravated drunk driving.

NBC Montana checked court records. Troopers say they stopped Glazier?s blue Silverado on I-90 early Monday morning. The ticket says his preliminary breath test registered .226, nearly three times the legal limit.

Glazier has represented some high profile cases. Just last week, his office told NBC Montana he was scheduled to appear at a federal court sentencing at 9am Monday morning for a Flathead landlord accused of willingly leasing a building to tenants he knew were manufacturing and distributing an illegal drug, medical marijuana.

Glazier also represented former State Senator Greg Barkus who pleaded no contest last year to crashing his boat on Flathead Lake while drunk. Five people, including Representative Denny Rehberg, were injured.
