A Pacific storm system will move through Montana tonight and Friday. There will be a good chance of showers and a few thundershowers across southwest Montana, including Butte and Bozeman. A few sprinkles or showers are possible in Missoula and Kalispell. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, breezy and cooler. Highs will be in the upper 50s and 60s on Friday.

Improving conditions are expected just in time for the weekend. High pressure will build back into the region with party to mostly sunny skies and highs in the 60s Saturday and in the 70s for Sunday.
