Valley rain and mountain snow will impact western Montana over the next couple of days. High temperatures will be 10 to 20 cooler than Wednesday as a trough swings across the west. Highs only in the 50s, with mid 40s in the Butte area. There will be a chance of a shower on Friday, but the best chance of rain will continue to be across northwest Montana around Kalispell. More showers and continued cool on Saturday. We can look for some improvement on Sunday with only a slight chance of rain.
