A Canadian storm system will move south into northwest Montana today. A few showers are possible in the Kalispell area, but again, the best chance of rain and snow showers will be near the front in Butte and Bozeman. Much cooler with highs only in the upper 40s and 50s. Near record breaking lows are expected tonight with lows falling into the 20s and low 30s.
High pressure will build into the region Friday and over the weekend. This will bring sunny, warm days this Mother's Day weekend along with clear and cool nights. Highs will warm back to the 60s on Friday and the upper 60s and 70s on Saturday. Some places may see the mercury near 80 by Sunday and Monday!
