COLUMBIA FALLS, Mont. -

FWP is still looking for a grizzly bear suspected of getting into people?s trash north of Columbia Falls. It turns out the trap set to catch it, instead snagged a much younger bear.

That grizzly bear was taken in on Friday, north of town near Woodland drive. Wildlife workers released it Saturday in the Whale Creek area. The bear was a four-year old male, and weighed in at 230 pounds.

Wildlife officials say the bear hadn?t been monitored before, so they attached a radio collar to the animal before sending it on its way.
