BOZEMAN, Mont. -

On-lookers watched as demolition crews began leveling the JB's building, Wednesday morning.

It's been a staple at West Main and Babcock for nearly thirty years.

Now, real estate brokers say they're making way for a bigger, more modern building.

Employees at nearby businesses say a new business can mean new jobs and say they're hoping it means more traffic for them.

"I think, actually, it may help us in the long run...It may bring us more business with that building bringing people in so, that would be good," says Columbia Paint and Coatings employee Kenneth Moore.

With recent changes like the new Safeway and plans for CVS to relocate across the street, real estate brokers say they're hoping the changes will add to the new look of the west end.
