EVERGREEN, Mont. -

In the Evergreen area east of Kalispell, emergency responders say a woman lost control of her car and hit a power pole, knocking electricity out in the area for 30 minutes. NBC Montana stopped by the scene of the accident on Monday morning.

Emergency responders say there were no injuries, but it did cause homes, businesses and several stoplights to lose power. Evergreen?s fire chief says incidents like this should remind people to slow down.

?This morning, it was very slick out,? said Craig Williams. ?Just because you have posted speed limits doesn?t necessarily mean you have to drive those speed limits. Those are in best, ideal conditions.?
