Judge Stewart Sadler sentenced Carlos William Seeley to consecutive five year sentences, partially suspended, for intimidation and assaulting a peace officer Thursday morning in Flathead County Court.

NBC Montana told you last year how Seeley allegedly went into a Columbia Falls restaurant, revealed a machete and a smaller knife, and threatened to "take over the place." Officers tried to subdue Seeley with a stun gun, and eventually hit him on the head with a pistol, causing the gun to discharge into a wall.

Seeley entered an Alford plea , which means he did not admit guilt, but thought prosecutors could get a conviction.
