A house fire that badly damaged a Boise home has left four adults and four children displaced.
Boise Fire Battalion Chief Dave Cooper says no one was injured in the Sunday evening blaze, which appears to have started outside on the back of the two-story home.
Everyone in the home made it out before firefighters arrived, and Cooper says firefighters rescued a pet bunny from inside the home. They also helped the family find their two dogs, which were in the back yard. A puppy was given oxygen at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
